the thing that made this problem originally is my 10$ mic and bad internet when i hear my voice in settings its good but maybe my 800 ping makes me sound like a mic spam

I think what ticked off the admin who made the decision was the beat on the background, but Im not sure. If it is confirmed to be the beat then just rap without one, or rap with one playing through your headphones and watchout for the echo. Muting somebody for rapping is actually crazy, so the reason better be the beat, even if it's still BOGUS. I recommend you don't say anything more since that may make your appeal look bad and give a petty reason not to approve it.

yea the beat may be the reason that made him snap otherwise if its approved iam not talking in vc unless its necessary i hope he forgives me this time this is my first ever appeal since 2020

Makes sense then, but was he muted for 3 months according to mutes on other accounts though? The infractions stop stacking after a year. Did he commit any in the one year period?

I wouldn't know in this case, we asked him to take another look though
