Why should you be unbanned?
Hello , so when i connected like 2 hours ago i find myself cant chat or speak i thought it was a technical issue i even wrote a forum about it , gala told me the news and jermaphobe sent me my SourceBans link , i find that i was gagged and mutef for 3 months , the time of the gag was 1:48 am knowing that at this time i was asleep cuz i had to travel to have my exam at cairo moving 7 am from my home and didnt play tf2 since sep 1st, This first photo shows me talking to my friend wednesday 10:35 pm , the second photo shows my friend telling me at 2:10 am that he had an car accident a little down you see me didnt respond until 6:49 am which means i slept from 10 to 7 , i just have a question if i mic spammed why wasn't i gagged on the spot why wait 4 days to gag ? thats all i have to say, i love skial i have friends in there if this gag isnt removed i dont think i can play without talking to people , iam not threatening ,you have a million players iam not gonna benefit you but i have my reasons and believe in your justice. thanks

I think he should be unbanned because just today, people started signing in the VC in deathrun US and the admin didn't do anything about it because it really isn't an infraction. I get playing the whole beat part, but really? I find Ellis' shitty mic actual micspam but oh, poor him, he has a bad microphone so he has to be spared. But this man starts singing and because he has a beat on the background to actually help him with the flow of the song is all of a sudden an action to mute him? I've played with people who have showed off their skill using their guitar, piano, whatever you call it, I've actually seen it, and people enjoy it, but just because somebody wants to hand a report on something they can fix by doing "!ignore". I get that it could be use for ANYBODY micspamming but this man was actually just singing, not even playing an audio.

You were clearly micspamming in those two videos attached as evidence. Based off your prior infractions, this mute is for three months. You had prior mutes for both racism and micspam.

I didnt micspam like blow into the microphone or do high voices i was singing, and this is my first micspam allegation i didnt get muted or gagged before for micspam and the racism part the last time i got muted for racism was around december 2024 i remember it i got muted for saying the n word in arabic and i even remember gala extended it from 3 weeks to a month, if you wont remove it please atleast make it a month i only play tf2 to play skils.

The real macspammers who use soundboards everyday and another and walk free without any1 talking to them but muting me for singing my mic might be bad sorry i cant afford a razer blackshark v2 x iam not sitting on money like some of yall does.

And a 3 months mute is for someone who truly deserves it like racism multiple times micspamming multiple time not for singing

well i guess there is no hope but lemme tell you smth abt me if iam wrong and i know it ill forget about yall for the next 3 months but iam not thats why iam sad anyways i am not used to hate on any1 online but whoever is believing this unjust and my words are to ellis i hope you see no good day in your life for your childish behaviour remember karma's a , and you know it. please any admin close the replies. thanks

@Blade D_Hero Shouldn't the mute be less time, though? The infractions from over a year don't stack. His 1 month mute was over a year ago, taking place on the January 3rd, 2024. Shouldn't it stack from the last infraction which actually followed this rule (1 day mute) and become a 3 day mute? Since it's been over 3 days of his mute shouldn't he be unmuted at this point, even if the appeal didn't go through?

He had two mutes on another account according to the ban note which made that the fourth one

thanks for the defend i really appreciate it but it looks final to me i was only hoping for it to get reduced for atleast a month knowing that the last mute i had was over a year ago if not anyways ive accepted it iam only playing casual now and gmod zombie survival to pass the time
 
Also, this proves that he should atleast get a week worth a mute.

As for the mute, it should be a week long mute if the admins decide so because of having lots of previous mutes, but not 3 months since over a year has passed since, that's up to them I guess. Even if it's a week, it should be already expired so you would be unmuted. If they decide it's not enough mutes they could just make it 3 days and then your next offense (hope you don't do any more after this) should be a week and follow the order.

the thing that made this problem originally is my 10$ mic and bad internet when i hear my voice in settings its good but maybe my 800 ping makes me sound like a mic spam
