Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
They were playing as the Christian Brutal Sniper Hale, and was able to kill multiple players with the Huntsman effortlessly. Majority of the server and myself were suspiscious of his aim, and accused them of using aimbot. They later responded in chat, admitting that they were cheating on an alternate account.

He hasn't been SMAC'd or VAC'd after 30 minutes, so unless someone has a demo of him playing, the report needs evidence.

If you look at the timestamps, they were able to hit all of those people within seconds and has only played Team Fortress 2 for less than a day (on that account, of course). Normally a player on Red can survive a non-full charged hit from the Hale's Huntsman, unless it was a headshot.

On a side note, I thought it was frowned upon to joke about using hacks on Skial servers.
 
I totally understand what you're saying but David is correct. We would need a demo. On a hale server, "technically" those kills in that timeframe "could" happen but without a demo it's hard to prove.
