New Surf_Crater_v2

I think this map would be great for this surf server, it has 3 different surfs at different levels and a bonus too. It has lots of secrets and its a fun surf plus it has a very good jail. I have no idea why this map got taken out the first time but please give it another chance I feel like this map would really work well on the server.
