As it stands currently, you are able to body-block the enemy team by staying on their ramp near spawn. This will kill you in the process, but the enemy loses speed, almost guaranteeing they will go to jail. It is especially effective as a cloaked spy, as enemies cannot see you before they hop onto the ramp.

Recently, I decided to play cloak-and-dagger spy and sit on the enemy ramp, dying over and over by having enemies collide into me. While I got a laugh riot out of it, and nobody complained about it then, I can see it being exceptionally annoying; it actually boggles me this isn't rule-breaking already.

Another option I would propose is to change the body-blocking system. Ideally, the speed of the enemy is unchanged when they collide into you. Perhaps collision between both teams could be disabled at high velocities (1000+)?
