People don't wanna handle jailbreak reports and I can't cuz i'm not an admin so i keep bumping, how annoying it might be, till they solve this report. They can take time to solve a report where like 9 people have to get banned so what's one more add?
 
They'll get around to it eventually, whether you bump it or not. If the player is being a problem on-server still, you can slay and kick to your heart's content until a ban is given.

Dude, I'm not gonna keep kicking and slaying people because admins hate that server and don't feel like handling the reports. They are either offline, busy, playing other games or not in the mood to do so...

Edit: What I'm saying with this is that I understand Jailbreak is a mess but someone has to handle it.. If it stays open that long because no one wants to handle it, then get an admin who plays on the server and can atleast do something about it.. Avenger is recommended or Grima..
