I was trying to spec him on EU 2fort and some dumbass votespammer got him banned for 30... I can't watch the demo right now, since I have to leave for work, but I know CanadianFightingMuffin saw him on EU 2fort, too.

Good, well I was already idling before people started screaming "cheater!" etc.
He didn't left just yet, so I spectated and recorded him, only like 20 seconds or something, but it was clearly visible how he speedhacked.

this guy has been banned multple times.... how is he getting back in? IOt should ban his ip?

Maybe he got a dynamic IP and makes new Steam accounts everytime? I mean, the ban-system also bans SteamID does it not?
