That's with pyrovision.

If you put in -sillygibs in the launch options, it enables "party" or sillygibs mode.

Maybe you can use an fps config to disable corpses and gibs.

Could also try playing with pyroviosion? But I respect your fathers decision and you shouldnt try to workaround anyways. I used to play in my friend's house when I wasnt allowed to use the kitchen pc.
