Additional Info: As stated in title SMAC got the player. Just wanting to know whether the person Ip will also be ban.
 
If he joins on any account on that ip, the account will be perma banned too. I think that's the answer to your question?

Entire server was going nuts over it, kinda funny hearing all the fuck skial comments since no one was able to to type /votemenu and the chat was filled with !votekick/ban and at the same time i was taking the demos and had this reports mostly filled out. so all i did was change the title when i notice SMAC got it
