Resolved SKYHIGH | EU - hi have great time - Chat Spam

For the past 2 hours he has done a lot of things that im pretty sure contradict the rules of the server, he has Nr1 tried to scam a player, claiming to be his friend, Nr2 teamed on multiple occations with his friends (I assume) and held rounds up for up to 5 mins longer then they should have been, Nr3 abusive chat spam bullying some of the players and last Nr4 Voice spam telling the player which he tried to scam to kys after he told the server about the scam attempt.
 
1. Going to need evidence of the scamming attempt.
2. Going to need a demo for that, since we weren’t there to witness it ourselves.
3. Bullying isn’t against the rules unless it’s discrimination in race/gender/religion. The player have the option to mute him with !votemenu, if the players are tired of hearing him. Unless only few players are annoyed. They can also use client to mute the said player.
4. I muted him for chatspam/racism in his chatlog.
