Resolved skotaglis - abusing report

He attempted to report at least two people (possibly more after I left the server) for "spawn camping." I was a BLU Pyro at the time, moving all around the map. I killed him once as he was leaving spawn, but I was definitely not camping there, and neither was the other player he attempted to report. His K/D of 0/5 proves that he had not been there long enough to know if there was a problem with campers.
The reason I reported him:
-spawn camping doesn't deserve a report
-one kill doesn't even constitute spawn camping anyway
-he misused the report feature twice in quick succession
 
A report for abusing reports, just what we need. His killdeath ratio is 0 for 5. Sounds like a troll :/
