I am infamous among my steam friends for having stupidly insane yet undeniable luck.
Level 28, almost half my level up lootcrates have had 1 legend, orange skins owned:
Young Master, Okami, hippityhop, slapshot, nevermore, lionhardt, commando 76, blackbeard, T. Racer, Frogston, Arctic, and Siberian Front.
I pray to gaben and the god of blizzard's domain everynight :3

Damn... I'm lvl 34 and I only have 1 legendary so far. Well that's more luck than I have in tf2 I guess.
I got Djinnyata two days ago and completely forgot to brag about it here since I played him for like 5 minutes in open beta and then never again.
You should give Pharah another try, though.
No such thing as a bad character only bad people who play them.
