Indeed, when when crosschecked the hebrew version is slightly different in some areas. Translating anything will add bias to it.I believe the bible has some good morals in it, and it was a good instruction manual for life in the 1600's when King James commissioned a translation. A lot was lost though, due to the fact that James more or less dictated how the translation went to suit his view of how he felt the church should be. Plus more was lost in translation due to James working from previous translations in greek and latin

I was christian and then went to a catholic school for 2 years. After I heard the nuns say shit like 'The fags can't be married.' and 'Fags are bringing society down.' I quit. I believe in God, but also that gay people can be married and abortion is free choice. Notsure if there is a religion like that.
