Invalid Skial tf2 bans

I just recently tried to join skial tf2 servers and it siad i was banned THIS NOT FAIR
I love skial and its great. It says i have premenet ban.IF THERES ANYWAY I CAN GET BACK ON THE SERVERS TELL ME. I do not hack or spam. I did not do anything wrong. these are most servers tf2 has and it wont let me go on any of them.

not even going to give him a chance to say anythingehh? Or make a profile public. Or look into the ip address / steam id? ya know, the whole reason we have appeals.

1.) Didn't even bother to put it in the right section, wrong format.
2.) I looked at the IP and it's the only one he's connected on
3.) Private profile that's less than a month old and the profile that was originally banned also has a VAC
