Googling cheathappens.com returns a site with cheats and a section for "exclusive content" if you pay for it.
How is this a fake site?

it lists cheat codes for older games and programs made with cheat engine for single player games

So, its not a "fake site" its a site with cheats for games other then TF2, which you only know if you do a search of their site, and only know for certain if you pay for hidden "exclusive content".
I can TOTALLY see why people have no problem advertising this site.

Especially when they offer cheats to "single player" games like Dark Souls /19041-PC-Dark_Souls_cheats and Diablo 3 /14251-PC-Diablo_3_cheats.

So if we should ban for advertising cheats, what about admins who misrepresent the truth about hacking sites?

Harmless question or new topic?

I would vote no so long as they don't spam it in the chat and the hack or mod is a joke or you need to drop money on it to get the hacks or mods. Now on the other hand if it is a legit hack or mod that is for free then yes we need to ban those people.

So pay-2-win hacks are okay but free hacks aren't?

Well my understanding is why would some one with more that 2 iq points to rub together spend there money on something like that at $64 just to get banned and not be able to use it any more. But then again there are a lot of stupid people out there.

If such a nobrainer topic requires discussion for a resolution, then I'll make like a Roman, and you can count yourself one contributor less at the end of the month.
You asked the question, and have continualy posted in the "nobrainer" topic.. so I don't get what your after with your ultimatum.

Here at Skial, we try to have as few rules as possible.

We already have a rule to ban people for spamming lmaobox. If people want to discuss hacking in other games we don't host or joke around without actually helping people hack , I don't see a problem with that.

The most I would be willing to do is forbid advertising hacks for games we host.

So maybe something like "No promoting TF2/HL2 or Minecraft hacks" ?

or "No advertising hacks for Skial hosted games"

Yeah good point, some games are almost made for cheating like GTA.

Meanwhile, with Zebra and mittens and their hilarious keybinds, saying they're hack sites for GTA...

So is it against the rules now to advertise tf2 hacks or no? For instance, directly linking to the where you can download it, using it as a name, or spamming it in chat.
