I cannot recall every time I've stumbled upon a post, just to be utterly disgusted or mortified, but I do know that it's often enough. Even for simply offputting stuff, like X member's face, or:

not likely. not only does Gaia Online use it, but SA also uses emoticons that infringe on other copyrights.

but yea, as Dave said, it doesn't hurt to ask/mirror.

If they stole it from someone else it doesn't make us immune to a lawsuit.

Honestly I don't think it fits with our other icons.

The troll icon is kinda out of place when compared to the rest of 'em anyways. I'll see if I can whip something up with paint.
