Is this a joke? You want to risk the account being reactivated again? It doesn't matter how long ago they were online or offline, the point of the matter is that it is still 'hot', regardless of whether or not it is participating in known fraudulent actives as of late. I actually linked an old account that's been inactive for well over a year, yet had posed as a D2T Middleman and Staff member back in March of 2012, participating in a scam that cost someone a few hundred dollars in unusual couriers and keys. I wouldn't have known it was him had I not checked his history a little further with tools such as Analytics or SteamRep.

If you have a problem with reports, then perhaps I should post it elsewhere.
