a bit blurry, but I can make out that Valve determined that your account "may have been hijacked" and reset your account password, changed your security question to "What did customer service reset your password to?" and sent you your then-new password via. seperate email as well as linking you to the support pages Account Security Recommendations, Resetting an Account Password and Secret Question, and Steam Guard.
