It's not because he isn't able to connect from whatever reason, he shouldn't be allowed to try to connect.

Unless Bottiger notices some issues that could have been caused by that player, we won't take any needless action.

Doesn't it show "(Player) has joined the game" when a player temporarily disconnects (loses connection, and regains connection) from the server? If that is the case, they could be manually switching off their internet connection with their own hardware (or just actually losing connection)

If you have problems connecting and your only friend is on that server not responding to someone who is asking him if something is going on. Either you go contact on the forum, ask your friend to request an admin or try to figure out why instead of spamming the connection.
