Invalid samien - Aimbot

I know that I am new on the forums, but I have played with samien many times. I am sure that you could see my server chat interactions with this player. I feel that if you spectate him, you will find that he uses something very much like what Skial banned the player m4risa for on 4/2/17. From spectating him many times, it looks like whenever he gets a hit to the body, it flicks up to the head, and then back sometimes. An admin may want to slow down a demo of a 1st person samien demo to 1/4 speed. It is quite amazing.

Snipers tend to flick rather than track headshots so knowing the difference between aimbot and an actual player requires a bit more thinking. It's all about speed and consistency. I've seen Samien on the servers day in and day out and to me he is just a good sniper, nothing more nothing less. The thing is with 2fort is it breeds players that don't understand the difference between aimbot and a player that is actually good due to the low skill ceiling that is 2fort.
 
If you're flicking to someone's head as they enter your view, that's great. But flicking at inhuman speeds and hitting their head meanwhile your crosshair is only next to their head, that's when people call bologna.
