Nope. Ever heard about Abkhazia and Transnistria? These two states consider themselves to be a part of Russia too (as well as Russia considers them to be its part). Nevertheless they are still "disputed", they are "no flights" zones and are totally isolated. The same is gonna happen to Crimea.
 
I get what you are saying but its like saying you stole a wad of cash from me but I have no real proof you did other than knowing you are a shady character and would do something like that. The money is yours to do what you want with unless I can provide some proof it was mine.
