Already Done Rule clarification in the discord

The current rules of the skial discord are very opaque as some admins say no rules while some say there are rules.
Please could we have clarification on some thread such as a sub heading of discord rules on the thead

or could some one comment the rules in a reply here.

Also once the skialbot is set up could we have a command such as !rules to check,
