Approved Rmoval of the short circuit on FFS

The short circuit seems to have an unfair advantage against the boss in FF2.

Ok.. thx Johnny.. I guess I can make it more clear.
With the short circuit, we can have an everlasting stun on the hale boss and the boss hale has no recourse to defend or attack.

Short Circuit hasn't worked/stunned in regular VSH for over 3 years. Does FF2 still have it?

Yes..FF2 has it.
