Remove the Alltalk off on US dustbowl

since US DB is pretty much a Alltalk server why do we have the option to turn it off?

The server doesn't have alltalk on by default.

Also you can edit your post instead of deleting it.

because ALL the regulars on Dustbowl like alltalk on and the a lot of the randoms are idiots who want it off.
so making it alltalk on by default is helpful

It's on 99% of the time. I've only seen the vote not pass once when we had a bunch of trolls on the server.

they arn't all alltalk servers but Dustbowl is populated by regs who arn't tryhard OMFG NEED ALLTALK OFF FOR STRATZ
