Remove/Fix surf_telstar_b4

Although this map is very well made, the moment I turned around, I felt the need to suggest the removal/fix on this map. It includes a highly antisemitic message which is "KILL ALL JEWS" on a banner right next to the spawn. This is highly inappropriate and I hope you find a way around removing this message.

im pretty sure thats because at the end theres a keyboard where you can type and it shows up at spawn and in the arena

Ah alright, still though there should be filter applied to prevent things like this happening.

The keyboard should just be removed in general.
