The jb regs have learned my name, so when ever I join/give a warning everyone goes "Hey Sboles! Guys the admin is here!". And then they don't do anything. So if I ever want to do anything, I have to change my name before joining.

I had slayed 2 people who were in the armory for over a minute, and then everyone does !admins. I then had to leave, change my name, and reconnect.

An alternative to removing /admins could be an sm_hideadmin (toggle) command that hides you from the admins list. Or just use an alt account if you want to go undercover or something.

My 2 cents.

Alt account doesn't give me moderator powers, unless I want to have two computers set up (which actually sounds like it might be a good idea, so I can play and watch for rulebreaking at the same time)

I do, however, like the idea of being able to hide one's admin until it's needed. Would also prevent me from glitching into the admin list

You can use something like sandboxie to run 2 at once though.

You are, of course, assuming that my computer would not bitch about running tf2 twice and/or crash because it's epileptic

Also, two screens would let me check from spectate for freekilling while I'm AFK facing and hugging the back wall of my cell
