Id say +0. Ive never seen a need for an admin on Turbine really. Aside from occasional intel griefing the server is generally a very nice place to play.

I'm sorry, but I really feel like Turbine is doing fine without any new Admins.
I've heard a ton of things about Gilldy, all of the disrespectful remarks and rumors/drama that she has caused.
I honestly don't think that she is cut out to be an admin, especially if she is just going to be power-hungry and seek attention.
And at that, I'm voting -1.

Qistra is there all the time. They've played together I'm sure... I 'could' look it up... but I'd be willing to bet Qistra is there as much or more than giildy.
Guys, if you don't play turbine don't vote. Simple as that. It's just stacking the deck.

Sadly Qistra sounds like an alt. I'd compare IPs but my phone's browser doesn't like letting me for some reason.
OK, Qistra does actually have three days playing on our servers... But he's still only rehashing what he "heard". I'm not going to accept second-hand or third-hand information in applications. Either you know the applicant or you don't. In this case most of the people crying drama have had no problem causing their own drama, so I still don't feel that is a ding against Giildy.
Hell, look at it this way... I hate MLP and everything connected to it. I get pure joy out of My Little Pony Glue jokes. Giildy likes MLP. I still like her and she still has my +1.
Nobody's perfect. We're all human here. Hell, even I've made mistakes. I know, stop laughing or looking confused. Not all of us are Roman. She'll fumble at first, but we admins have a support system to keep each other on the same page and in line. There are guidelines. This isn't NighTeam where admins can do whatever the hell they want.
I think quistra is someone that runs lots of engineer? I know I haven't ever had a conversation with or near her. o.0 I think she started playing when I started to almost exclusively use mumble to talk to my friends. You know, to avoid drama with people that would want to fight.

Also, PROTIP, I've aliased in turbine several times if you were there. You actually don't know how often I play there.
