I think Apple just likes to throw money down the drain. I can't see that being a huge benefit for them. It's more or less just eliminating a competitor from the music market, which everyone in that market benefits from.
 
It's sad for me to admit this as a Droid and PC fanboy, but I really miss Steve Jobs. Apple at least had some quality ideas then. Nowadays it's just about capitalizing off of the computer illiterate and hiding behind lawyers.

Have you not heard about Apple Campus 2? It's design and idea came from Steve Jobs. Apple is still sticking to it and is making it happen.

Apple is still making new and cool ideas.

 
While I still disagree, the story headline is misleading. It's not tha fact that they are feeding them, it's that they are feeding so many people in a certain area. Which, admittedly, could cause some issues.
