Im new to the forums and a lot of the time under some peoples names i see something like
"Somewhat Threatening Sniper"
and
"Gaben's Own Aimbot"

Are those some kind of ranks and can they be earned in some way?

They are acquired by posts counts and trophies if I remember correctly.
