ive been banned for using a vpn, even though i dont use one, and i have disabled radmin vpn but it still says im using a vpn??? i have checked the skial sourcebans thingy and my user does not appear, any fix?

i have checked almost everything, my router is not running a vpn (if the firewall is the problem i will turn it off temporarily), my ip is not tainted i presume, my isp is not banned and i have disabled my radmin network adapter
