Title. Enables teamkilling during the "waiting for players" time after changing maps.
Thoughts?

Here's what it looks like:

This effects gameplay. Engis now have 30 seconds to setup instead of 60. 60 is barely enough time. Since right when you leave spawn and get to a decent spot you are already 15 seconds in.

It would only be during that "Waiting for players" period before setup. It wouldn't affect the actual setup at all.

+1 i play on a bunch of servers that have this mod its not a problem at all its actually fun trying to who can get the most frags and a very time-worthy mod for those with fast dl speed or have already downloaded the map

there's multiple spawn points and whatnot. I'm not sure, but I don't think it affects your k/d.

Skial servers dont have the random spawn points around the map in pregame like some servers do. everyone spawns in the spawn room. first in will just stand behind with stickys or minigun.
