I thought Shizune wasn't deaf, she was just a mute. You'd think she knows what Misha's saying for her, but she might be deaf.
EDIT: Iunno, that's something I'd have to look up, maybe Shizune's deaf and can read lips and sign to Misha. Hell if I know.

i'm not gonna lie, i last looked at that game like... 5 months ago, and i didn't even finish one path so... maybe?
I've only finished 2 paths, 1st was Kenji ending and I raged, then good Hanako ending and I was happy.
the only think i really remember about sign language girl is that you TOTALLY dis her shit by just turning the fuck away from her when she's a gigantic bitch. That's why i thought she was deaf, because you were completely cutting off all communication with her.
the other things i remembered where that the blind/burned combo were both really fucking hot and the amputee pair were really fucking chill. Could you end up with the interpreter/pinkie pie? Totally wanted to (get the protagonist to) bang her but i was pretty sure that wasn't an option.
I'm sure there's a Misha path if you try hard enough, but I could check.

You can fuck Misha if you take Shizune's route. Gives you Shizune's bad ending and it turns out Misha has the hots for Shizune. Lel spoilers

Wait, it kinda depends. She's deaf but not necessarily mute. She probably can talk but deaf people can't modulate their own voices since they can't hear themselves, so some of them choose to not talk.
