Declined Possibility of getting a surf server?

Surf is pretty popular in TF2 imo and it is one if not the best gamemodes in TF2 that I've played since 2007. Grew up with surf and still love it and the server could be easily populated since people play on surf servers that fit their needs (aka RTD and sudden death at the end). Most surf servers are empty but I believe Skial has the potential of getting a very populated one.

Please post your opinions below and let me know what you think of a surf server.

Skial used to have a surf server. I assume it was removed because of lack of population.

Skial hosting a dead game mode won't make it a not-dead game mode.

Surfing is pretty much dead now days.

The only surf server I've seen remain active is Azelphur's server and that's probably mainly due to the strong playerbase its built up over the years keeping it alive

They aren't popular anymore and it would never fill.
