Invalid Poontangler - illegal sprays

Went to go check the player in question and reporter is not in the server. Adding the reporter now to see if he has screenshots. Marking as need evidence for now

I seen the spray in question tonight and it was a gay porn spray. I informed the reporter that it was allowed and explained the rules to him. He noted that he would be coming to the forum to file another complaint about this issue.
