After playing a little bit on the Skial Badwater+ EU server I noticed lots of lag. Loss should never be above 0 and on your server it fluctuates between 1 and 4.

Such a high minrate only produces lags and doesn't make the game better.

Please decrease sv_minrate to 30k or even 0.

Alright, I wanted to report back. After I did the above I also checked my autoexec.cfg, I forgot I had added the following to that file:

Code:
rate 60000
cl_updaterate 66
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_interp 0.032

Which was based on this guide on Spuf: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2465870

I thought I removed that code but I guess not, removed it and things are better now. Ping is still a bit high for my location but I'm not lagging as much now. I am sorry for being persistent, it was my fault for not checking everything.

That means if your ping is above 32 ms people will skip around instead of being smoothed out by linear interpolation.

Like I said before, your ISP is at fault for your high ping. I am not making up excuses when I say these things.
