Declined Permamute/Permagag

Bringing this suggestion up again. I think it would be better to permanently mute/gag racists and micspammers on our servers instead of banning them. Would keep our player base strong. I would prefer to see "permamute" appeals than ban appeals.

+1. I've seen this deployed on many Servers. It works great. Or at least it did when I got Perma-Muted and Perma-Gagged on No Heroes.

PermaMute requires the Client Prefs system

As I've said before the Client Prefs system is extremely buggy and caused the servers to freeze. It has not improved since we tried it last year and is the reason why we do not have anything that will save your settings except gscramble which saves to a local database.
