Either pubs are so terrible it's sad or Lucio's just way too OP in payload. I don't think I've lost even a few matches when I'm constantly jumping on the payload, avoiding and surviving many attacks, contesting and running down the timer.
Wut? 24 eliminations is better than average but not uncommon.
Payload or KOTH game types are Lucio territory for sure. Any time your team is incentivized not to be dumb and spread out so that he's useless.

The overwatch forums are going bananas over the tick rate being at 20
Has anyone here seen any actual problems with the games hit detection? I've not once had any "wtf moments" where a shot clearly didn't register
Even going up against laggy people they've never been a issue for me

I have yet to have any wtf moments with hit detection aside from lagging problems when someone else decides to hog the internet.

I think this is because of the "Favor the Shooter" system in the game's engine.
