Truly Feared Pyro
Hey guys, i just sold my Planets Company Man for $160 Euro. It had to be converted into CAD and was sent as service. So now, im getting suspicious of the buyer because it was sent as a service.

I just need to know how to prevent (If possible)/ fight a chargeback. As im keeping the money in my paypal. Any sort of help would be great! :D Thanks.
& I know, i shouldve used skial middleman, but idk how to really operate it and he was willing to go first.

Even tho, he was an honest person. I still need to get ready just incase.

If he gets charged back and has no money in his account he has to add money or he will get sued by paypal. Pretty sure.

@ LuckyShoot. It doesn't matter how he sends the payment. I got charged back via PayPal and the buyer sent as gift. PayPal does not protect virtual items. If he charges you back you lose. I had very good proof and other people got scammed by the same guy who scammed me and PayPal didn't care.
Also scammers are not afraid to go first since they will just chargeback later.
Refund the money and make him pay with Skial Middleman.

Oh damn, well ive got alot of proof too. & If i do get charged back ill ask around on how to win against it. & Ask mattie to report to forums and such.

You can't win it if you sell virtual items. Me and 3 other traders had good proof and lost.

Damn, then i guess its all up to steam forums. If i ever do get chargedback, could you help me try to get my item back if possible?
Steam support won't give back scammed items. It's in steams terms of agreement that they don't give them back. I had to experience it myself.

I know steam didn't restore Del's item, so if you get charged back you're screwed. It's an expensive lesson.
