Minecraft 1.2 Bug

Are you having any problems with the skial minecraft server 1.2 release? Did you start a new map or are you using the one before the patch?

The UN Minecraft server is overpopulated with cows now. People had gated up before like 20 cows.... now there are so many you cant do a damn thing about it. Literally im guessing about 10,000 cows in our city. We've had to shut our server down, until we figure out how to fix this issue. We don't really want to start a new map, it may happen on the new map as well anyways. Any suggestions?

You may infact have been spawn egg bombed o.0

...this sort of thing happened on the bs server too, except it was the server admin that did it

...and it was before the egg update

...it was chickens in all the walls

-.- i'm still picking them out of my basement.
