All resolved, i speak with him, and he say is was nervous because he get killed by a trap, so all resolved.
 
There was no racism in his chat anyways, if he was racist on mic you could still provide a demo, although judging by your reply I guess you won't be doing that.
Therefore it's marked with "need evidence".
