I worry about the future of human intelligence when a rotated traffic light at a 3-way intersection is classified as "malfunctioning"
nobody thought to say "hey, that light is clearly not facing a street, it must be rotated" so it took a news team to call the Department of Public Lighting, the Department of Public Works, and the city mayor to get an official statement that one of the signals was in a turned position.
