Well, if there is evidence of recent scams, I suppose we cannot have our top trader as a known scammer. That would just look even worst for the community than you two going at each other like high school girls.
I strongly suggest we reach a final verdict and get over with it as soon as possible.

I agree 100%. If there isn't already a discussion in the staff forums somewhere, I'd like to propose a public discussion on the issue. It's bad for the community to have somebody like this continuing to make trades. Not only is there an inherent danger in making a trade with a tagged scammer, but possible damage to the community by allowing him to stay.
