Painted bills sell for 7 keys+. 1 key = 2$. Makes 14$ + per bills. White and Black bills (don't have any of these currently) can sell for up to 16$. Same with VoT and Waterlab coat.
I think you missed the change of bills prices. 12$ for a painted bills was around 6 months ago when an unpainted bills was 5 keys and a painted one 6 keys.
I currently have a VoT and a Pink bills left. 14$ + 16$ =30$.
