Player's mic is very loud (You can hear it clipping when they turn their mic on and off even without any sound coming out).

Find attached two video recordings:

(Shorter video, the micspam is more immediately evident)

(Longer video (Not same time as above video), shows continual usage of whatever mic settings they are using, mixed between very bad micspam, and not so bad micspam)

If it doesn't seem too loud, it might depend on what browser / volume settings. But if you play it at it's real volume it is apparent it is extremely loud.

I do think it's likely it is a soundboard.

In the future, it would be helpful to get a longer video clip. I was hesitant to issue a silence because it was hard to tell if he kept going. However, I was able to join and server and see that he was mic-spamming and rambling nonstop as if he were giving a political speech on national tv. He might have also been using a soundboard recording. Thank you for reporting.
