Basically, this guy added me saying that he wanted to offer his Vuvuzela for my TS Bills and that he needed it quickly. He linked me to a backpack.tf voting page where it said it was 1.5 buds. But then if you hovered over the Vuvuzela that he was offering, it said it was uncraftable. Uncraftable versions are only worth 1.33 ref. It seemed strange that someone would sell a 1.5 bud item for a stupid 9 key TS bills. He even admitted it in the chat logs saying "You can't report for that, hahahah". I guess he's just going around trying to find people thinking that it's a craftable vuvuzela then paying 9 keys for a 1.33 item.
