I caught him toggling which is shown in this short demo. The demo is short but it clearly catches an obvious aimlock.
Straight after I got this shot on demo, he stands afk for a while, then goes pyro and keeps low profile.

EDIT: Soon as i left server i checked stats and he goes sniper, i quickly rejoined and started recording and caught him.
