He's no longer on the servers, and he was not banned. I'm gonna assume he'll be vac'd soon, so, when he is, I'll ban him.

He still hasn't been vac'd, but he had a throwaway account with the same name get vac'd 7 days ago. Although it was a week ago, it's quite obvious it's the same person, so I'll apply the ban to the vac banned account, and it will hit this guy's account and any others.
