I don't know if anyone else has been experiencing this problem lately, but sometimes I'll lose connection to the item server briefly and then when it comes back, maybe one of my 4 loadouts are still intact and the rest are completely reset. Even if I close out the game and go back in, they're all reset. So it's as if the item server is clearing my loadouts for some reason.
