Problem solved. Loading maps on joining...

Since this morning when I join my usual servers i.e. Dustbowl NY1 and 2 or Badwater US it downloads the map like when I first started playing. Am I the only one that is getting this and why would it be doing this?
Any help is appreciated.

I see a lot of issues after this last patch but my problem was before the patch just for added info.

I'd say wait until next patch or hotfix and see if it's still happening...after that, that's probably a question for steam support.

Guess I didn't think of that but it happens everytime I join the same map...is it changing each time?

The update probably messed with some server setting forcing some people to keep downloading maps.

Three things you can try.

1. Deleting the dustbowl map and when you re-connect it will give you a fresh install of the map.
2. Verify cache
3. Rename clientside.blob to clientsideold.blob
----Restart steam after renaming

Deleting the maps the reinstall and then left and rejoined and it didnt reload the map.
