I think its just the coding inside that link that causes it. Not the picture XD
Here is how it works.
He put a bunch of iframe tags with our server as the website. TF2 interprets this as an rcon hacking attempt.

To fix this I lowered the ban time to 1 minute (the lowest possible allowed). I have contacted a Valve employee letting them know about this exploit.
Yeah. Also I hope the link doesnt like get your steam profile pass and email pass. That shit would suck.
