When you refresh on server info it says banned.

He put a bunch of iframe tags with our server as the website. TF2 interprets this as an rcon hacking attempt.

To fix this I lowered the ban time to 1 minute (the lowest possible allowed). I have contacted a Valve employee letting them know about this exploit.

Passwords are encrypted, that shouldn't be possible using this technique.
